A Season in Hell #21: I Fought the Law. John Law

Thursday, January 31
7pm

I am so honored to have long time prankster John Law on my show tonight. I met John at Burning Man, in 1994, my first year. I co-founded Radio Free Burning Man, and John was one of the big 3 in charge of the event. When I wasn’t on the air for the next three years, I was hanging out with John. He’s very inspiring, and an amazing story teller.

He and Flecher Fludejon have a new film, “Head Trip”. It follows John and the Cyclecide Bike Rodeo on their coast to coast trip from SF to NYC, in a bus, with John’s three Doggie Diner head following on a trailer close behind. Actually, they were attached. They went to a heap load of road side attractions along the way. What makes this trip all the better, is that they did this right after Shrub declared war on Iraq.

John and the gang acted as ambassadors of fun; proving that America is still an amazing country, with a lot to see and enjoy. I couldn’t agree more.

I love a good road trip. This film will make you want to get out on the road today. Take a look here for more info.
