THE OLD HAIGHT ASHBURY RADIO SHOW

SUNDAY NIGHTS from 8-10pm (west coast)
Hosted by Bob Sarles
The glow from the tail the comet that burned bright through San Francisco’s Haight Ashbury district more than a half century ago is still with with us. THE OLD HAIGHT ASHBURY RADIO SHOW harkens back to free form FM radio of the late sixties and early 70s, with an attitude and point of view that is inspired by the program’s title. Hosted by San Francisco filmmaker Bob Sarles, the program will include curated selections of vintage and contemporary blues, funk, soul, jazz, folk, country, reggae, world and rock music from across the spectrum, along with special features and occasional surprise guests. Sunday nights from 8 to 10pm west coast time, with podcasts available afterwards.
