DISTANT PLANETS...
...ARE LIKE THOSE FAR-REMOVED EPISODES of the Show we retrieve for re-runs, far, far away in Space and Time. Because those two are one and the same, dig? Spacetime, Einstein called it. Of course, our Universe is not small (to speak litotically) and even, compared to our human scale, so indeed is our hometown Solar System, Our Mister Sun and his family of trailing ragamuffin planets. We spoke of those, particularly the Dwarf Planet Pluto and his companion body, Charon-- these, among other matters, you'll find featured in the discussion. With the loquacious Michael Peppe. Boy, those were the days. Extra Show, extra music... this is one of those episodes that continued on and on, anon-- in this case, for five hours. We dunno if they recorded five hrs. worth o' re-run, though. We tend to doubt it. My Sources Say No. Yet there's some meat left on those showbones. Also with Puzzling Evidence. Right after doing this show in 2018 we went spinning off to that Thing, that Thing in the waterless Desert. Yeah, Burning Man. This year there was no Burning Man-- this year there was no nothin'. Let's hope for somethin'-- soon. This Space will be the first to announce it when that happens... Thanks and a tip of the Dr. H.Owll Fez to all who participated in our Zoom show online, the Ask Dr. Hal! Show Webinar. Hey, kids! For all who missed it, you can catch the next one on the second Sunday of next month-- and of EVERY month from now on. Get your questions ready! We know what WE'd ask.
