Gramophoney Baloney

Dreamy end of March Gramophoney Baloney.

Sunday, March 25
2pm

Starting with a song that came to him in dream, DJ McSchmormac then continued with a fantastic selection of sound reproductions from 1950 or earlier, including a few of this week’s birthday people, like Charlie Poole in the picture there, of whose recordings, not one, but a fantastic two, were played! . Gramophoney Baloney’s also had the wonderful good fortune of being mentioned on the Magnet Music site here, by guest editor Zach Miller, keyboardist of the band Dr. Dog – which is the first media coverage the show has gotten – besides Gramophoney Baloney/McSchmormac’s own social media (facebook page, tumblr and twitter) of course!
