On Episode 5 we have a pair of Mikes: Michael Molenda, writer/editor/creative director of Modern Drummer mag, who previously was with Guitar Player mag. He also is in several local bands like SURF MONSTER and BAD JACKET, and writes for a number of other websites/publications. Michael Annese (no relation to yours truly, oddly), is the flamboyant drummer of THE R TRAIN BAND, an unsigned act based on the East Coast that Ace's Space Radio has been championing since the relaunch on FFR Radio in 2020, before jumping to Radio Valencia. We debut a brand new track called "Rock On" by The R Train Band exclusively on ASR to herald its upcoming release as a single and video!
