So much to talk about in a 2 hour frame BUT we did it. This week on Step Ya Game Up we had a dope set and 2 very talented guests. All the way from New York we had the talented jack of many trades Andaluz The Artist call in and introduce the West Coast with some East Coast Flavor, with 3 songs off his upcoming album “Thoughts of an Artist” set to drop in the Fall. He also talks about his passion for painting and how he adds a twist to both arts by combining them together and creating one hell of a visual performance for the fans. We also have Savanna Stone from the Bay Area stop by the studio and drop her two tracks being featured in her mixtape dropping in October. She tells us how she uses music as an outlet to express her feelings and is doing this in memory of her brother who was murdered two years ago.

James Brown said it best, “THIS IS A MANS WORLD, BUT IT WOULDN’T BE NOTHING WITHOUT A WOMAN”. On this weeks show Lene steps up her game and brings you a cool show with dope talent. We had Trill Youngins out of Oakland promoting their single “I LOOK FLY” and talk about how 5 friends come together and create dope music. Whats life without humor? Kokaine Kola explains it all in how her natural charm and love for the stage turned her into a comedian. We also had Lucky Dollaz drop by and promote the OAK-TOWN LOVE FOREVER CONCERT going down on March 27th in Oakland which he will be hosting featuring talent of all kinds including Trill Youngins, Kokaine Kola, Fiya and Ray Guevara to name a few.

What’s your addiction and how much would you sacrifice to feed your want for it? good or bad the outcome is always your choice… On this weeks show we had V1C out of Oakland, CA talk about his addiction which is music. His love for beats and lyrics and how he transitioned from engineer to an artist. We also had Cartier Music Group artist D Boy come through with his single “NOBODY” and show off some of his addiction which is singing. To end our show with a bang and in honor of International Women’s Day which was Sunday March 8th, we had Author Tamekia Nicole, talk about her addictions in life in her book LOVE MADE ME DO IT. A book that will have you reading up until the end. What’s a good movie if you can’t watch it all? This book is a must read and a soon to be Lifetime movie.
