A Visit From Kristian
October 16, 2011 2:00pm
We've been off for a couple weeks, and we're a little out of sorts. As such this is a somewhat low-key episode. Oh, wait, we had to learn the new board, and Dr. Junk wanted to watch football, so we were SOBER to start things off. That explains much. Anyway, we play Springwell, VIR, Black Balloon, and a lot of other good stuff. Also, a longtime listener drops by with some beer.
We Skip The Folsom Street Fair
September 25, 2011 2:00pm
Malderor does his best to play new and interesting music. Dr Junk phones it in.
That Last Martini Was A Mistake
September 18, 2011 2:00pm
Dr Junk and Malderor were hungover from Bootie, which always makes for the sloppiest shows. They also violated the "no martinis before the program" rule at The Attic. So...this one goes down as one of the most argumentative, grumpy, and overall drunken radio programs of all time. Music includes Armistice, and Black Balloon, (this week's featured artist, as they have a gig at the Bottom of the Hill on Tuesday), and a very contentious nine minute Iron Maiden song.
We're Back From The Dirt-Rave
September 11, 2011 2:00pm
Malderor & Dr. Junk are back from Burning Man, and it's safe to say both of them are seriously OVER it. Malderor spends a lot of time grousing about how he just had to unpack a trailer, and Dr Junk plays songs about places he'd rather be than Burning Man next year.
Encore Presentation - We're Off At Burning Man
August 28, 2011 2:00pm
This is actually a re-run of the episode where Emily Zuzik and Billfrog visit the studio, because we are off at the Black Rock Arts and Entertainment Festival in Nevada. If you've already downloaded the other episode, this one if only worth hearing for the first 60 seconds of us doing a "live remote" from the desert.
Music About Rioting - Part Two
August 14, 2011 4:00pm
Given the recent upheavals in London, (as well as the imminent BART protest), Malderor plays several sets of music about and/or inspired by rioting. Dr. Junk does his regular Dr. Junk thing. Includes tracks by Ice Cube, the Clash, Devo, Discharge, GBH, and many many more. (Also, Billfrog drops by mid-show and goes on a beer run.)
(We drifted over time again, as is our habit.)

Bishop Returns - Part Two
August 7, 2011 4:00pm
Given a gap in the Radio Valencia schedule these days, we continued on playing music until the beer ran out. This second shift gets considerably "looser" than the first set.
Bishop Returns - Part One
August 7, 2011 2:00pm
Dr. Junk was off building a radio station for some camping trip in the desert, so Bishop filled in again as a sidekick.
Malderor Barely Makes It Back From Manchester In Time
July 31, 2011 2:00pm
Malderor was up near Point Arena, and made it back in the middle of Dr Junk's first song. So we got a slow start, but played lots of new tunes from Black Balloon, Street Dogs, and VIR. (We also make an exception to the "no whiskey in the studio" rule, since Malderor was stone-sober when he showed up.)
Bishop Subs for the Ailing Dr. Junk (Part 2)
July 24, 2011 4:00pm
Dr. Junk took the week off to "work on Burning Man projects", (which we all know meant he was off attending Gamblers' Anonymous) so Bishop filled in. As such, the show skewed a bit more "punk rock" than normal. Also, given recent shuffling at the station, we ran overtime as the next timeslot is now open.
Part 2 is the third hour of the program, before we ran out of beer and wandered off to Rosamunde.

We Lose The World Cup
July 17, 2011 2:00pm
Malderor and Dr. Junk got started a little late this week, as they were watching the US Women's Team lose the World Cup Final.
(Due to a tech issue, this mp3 currently starts 55 minutes into the program. We are correcting it.)

Dean H. From The Airship Victoria Project
July 10, 2011 2:00pm
Dean visits the show to talk about an extremely ambitious Burning Man art project involving dirigibles and flying Tesla coils. Also, we grouse about the FCC cease-and-desist that was issued to the kind soul who was rebroadcasting our internet stream on the FM band. So there is some cursing.
Malderor Has Bronchitis
June 26, 2011 2:00pm
Kind of a low-energy show this week, as Malderor has some kind of death-lung-infection. So there is less banter than normal, but we do play a TON of brand new and unreleased music.
We Didn't Go to Camp Tipsy
June 19, 2011 2:00pm
Instead we play a ton of music from past and future guests on the program, including tracks from Road Noise, Navin R., Emily Zuzik (who got a track on the new frickin' Moby album), and The Lingering Doubts.
Huh...it seems this podcast is only 34 minutes long. I will have to re-upload the full version at some point.

Dr. Junk's Sober Apology Show
June 12, 2011 2:00pm
After last week's (miraculously deleted) drunkest-show-ever, Dr Junk did a sober apology show. He was aided in this by two factors: 1) Malderor was out of town visiting his in-laws, and 2) Ms. Gina came to the studio to help him out.
DJ Meatlocker Visits From Florida
June 8, 2011 6:00pm
Scott, aka DJ Meatlocker, visits the RV studio, swears a lot, and plays the music we grew up listening to together.
Bishop Stops By The Studio
May 29, 2011 2:00pm
Malderor drinks too much Jameson's, leading to a permanent ban on whiskey in the studio for our shows.
We Survive The Rapture
May 22, 2011 2:00pm
We manage not to get whisked up to Heaven, but do play a lot of end-of-the-world music.
