Clashes between rebel DJs and troops loyal to Chicken John were reported Wednesday morning in the Inner Mission, even as warehouse residents celebrated the prospective end of Chicken John's totalitarian decision-making regarding which new mixer board will be purchased.
Chicken John reportedly has a glossy mail-order catalogue of overpriced and under-performing audio equipment and a valid credit card. If he is not stopped, analysts are all but certain he will charge again.
Chicken's last two minions were arrested Tuesday as they packed dirty dishes and E in preparation for a chaotic retreat into the Black Rock Desert. Chicken John has so far evaded capture, but reported panhandling at Ritual Roasters and stashing his collection of Dodge Darts at House of Brakes.
