A couple years ago I ran two different shows. The Alchemist's Lair was dedicated to primarily heavy metal and other more extreme forms of music. I ultimately felt that the format drew me away from the myriad of other styles and created a segregated musical landscape that I felt was contrary to my standard messaging of unity and love. So ultimately, I reintegrated the heavy and extreme music into the long format of four hours when I can explore wildly different styles of music over that time span in a way that is enjoyable and palatable. With the new show coming on directly before mine (Joyride with Casey Cruise) being a show dedicated to hard rock and heavy metal, I thought I'd dig up a show that never aired from the archive of the Alchemist's Lair for an encore performance.
